This book isn't exactly new but we do have a new copy. But the 2010 Newberry Medal winner When You Reach Me is not a book to miss out on. Rebecca Stead tells the story of Miranda, a 6th grader growing up in the late 1970s in New York. Things are changing when your lifelong best friend stops hanging out with her and mysterious notes start turning up. This original and thoughtful story is a must read for kids and adults alike. If you liked A Wrinkle in Time or First Light, check this book out!
